We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and unworn
  • With tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

🚚 Return Shipping

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days, provided the item meets the eligibility conditions above.


⚠️ Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
